Custom Email Confirmations
Once an order has shipped, your customer will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier tracking information. These notifications can be customized to reflect your brand's look and feel.

We have a dedicated team member responsible for tracking all returned shipments. We notify you of the package condition, detailing everything from small cosmetic damage to breakage that may have occurred during transit. We also perform a weather check along the transit route so you can make an informed decision.

Weather Holds
Our main goal is to ensure your wine arrives at your customer's door in perfect condition. We regularly monitor the weather along the transit route to the end destination and will only ship if temperatures are forecasted between 30F and 80F degrees - except by special request. If an order is placed on weather hold the customer will automatically receive a notification email.
